CANCELLATION / RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services through the client portal prior to the renewal date.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the billing cycle renewal.
  • Services cancelled after the renewal date may be charged for the next billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and will be issued as credit balance in your account, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may apply under the following conditions:

  • New hosting accounts cancelled within [7 / 14 / 30] days (based on the selected refund window)
  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Domain registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • VPS services already provisioned
  • Custom server configurations
  • Add-ons and third-party licenses
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations

3. VPS & Cloud Servers

Due to instant provisioning and infrastructure allocation, VPS and Cloud Servers are non-refundable once deployed.


4. Domain Names

Domain registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable due to registry policies.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or account credit, depending on the payment provider and billing circumstances.


6. Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Suspension of all services
  • Recovery action for outstanding balances
